COVID-19 Policy
I am reaching out to all of my clients and potential clients to address the evolving global spread of COVID-19 (Coronavirus). There is nothing more important to me than the health and safety of my clients so I wanted to share the steps I am taking to make appropriate accommodations for your health and wellbeing.
I have chosen to temporarily transition our sessions online as a precautionary measure. I want to comply with the CDC and Governor Polis’ recommendation to utilize Telehealth to limit contact and proactively prevent the spread of viral illness.
Many insurance companies are electing to temporarily allow therapists to utilize Telehealth services (online therapy) due to the safety concerns of COVID-19.
These accommodations will start as of Sunday, 3/15/2020. If you would prefer to cancel sessions until the crisis has been resolved, please let me know. Other accommodations may be available for parents of young children which can be discussed prior to sessions. I am here to support you.
As a friendly reminder during this time:

As a friendly reminder during this time:
- Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. If soap and water are not available, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands.
- Avoid close contact with people who are sick.
- Cover your cough or sneeze with your forearm or elbow.
- Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces
